The Attorneys General of New York and Massachusetts both assert that Bank of America Corp., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Wells Fargo & Co., Citibank, and Ally Financial Inc., the five major lenders which entered into a $25 billion settlement with 49 state attorneys general, have repeatedly violated parts of that settlement which could lead to the AGs reopening litigation against the lenders.
