Problem connecting to lowelldeeds.com

We started receiving telephone calls at about 11:30 a.m. today from customers unable to reach our website, www.lowelldeeds.com. After a variety of troubleshooting steps, we finally discovered that there is a problem in the DSL line that connects the lowelldeeds server to the internet. The company that provides that communications link is working on it now and hopefully will have it resolved soon. In the meantime, please go directly to www.masslandrecords.com to do any records search.

Thank you so much for posting on the blog about the connection problem. After I typed lowelldeeds.com into the address bar and didn't get a result I Googled lowell deeds and your blog post popped up. This allowed me to go to masslandrecords.com and then to get just what I needed.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy to learn that this blog (and hopefully our Facebook page) are serving as alternate means of communicating with our users.

I just posted an update. Tech support at our DSL company says the problem persists and they don't expect it to be fixed until tonight or tomorrow morning.
